Parent Teacher Conferences

Last week, your child's teacher sent out Parent Teacher Conference Sign-Ups. Please be sure to sign-up! This is a wonderful opportunity to welcome you into our school and discuss ways we can support your child!

This year, conferences will be held October 15, 16, 17, and 18.

Run for Greatness

Update: We are currently at $3,510 funds raised towards our $8,000 goal!

Profits from this Fundraiser goes towards Field Trips for our students!

**As of right now... We only 5 students who have entered 30 or more emails/phone numbers. Please enter your names to be eligible to be entered for the $50 gift card!

Students that have entered 10 emails by October 10, 2024 will earn extra recess and a popsicle on Friday October 11!

Students that enter a total of 30 emails by October 15, 2024 will be entered in a drawing for a $50 Target Gift Card. This gift card will be awarded on October 25!

Time: See Below... Please arrive roughly 10 minutes early. You are welcome to sit on the bleachers until your child's class arrives.

*Reminder: No smoking and please no pets

Kindergarten and First Grade: 9:00-9:45

Second and Third Grade: 10:00-10:45

Fourth and Fifth Grade: 11:00-11:45

Cooler weather is coming!

Please be mindful of the weather.

Be sure your child either has a long sleeve, sweatshirt, or a jacket to wear as the air is turning cooler!

Date: October 25th

Any student who received 1 or 0 MAJOR referrals. Students who have received 2 or more will be retaught expected behaviors during this time.

School Drop Off and Pick Up Times

Morning

7:20am - Doors open at Mountain View for students, breakfast available.

7:40am - Doors close. After 7:40am, a student is considered late. Please walk your child into the school and sign them in at our office.

Afternoon

2:10 pm - Bus dismissal

2:15 pm - Students who are parent pick-up are dismissed. Please be in the parent pick up line at this time. Parents, we ask that you pull all the way forward in the parent pick up line. For safety purposes, we do not dismiss students to cars until all of vehicles are stopped.

2:20pm - All students should be picked up by this time.

Transportation Changes

Please remember- if your student will be traveling home a different way than what is listed on the Skyward portal, it is essential for a note to be sent into school or emailed to our Mountain View Secretary at: sjunkins@tusge.org

**We can not accept transportation changes after 1:30pm.
